Throughout his career, Will has worked alongside candidates and elected officials across Texas—from local school board races to congressional campaigns—delivering results through strategic communications, robust fundraising, and deep community engagement. His policy impact goes beyond politics, with a strong track record in advancing initiatives that directly support first responders and improve public safety.

His commitment to civic involvement is equally evident outside the political sphere. From citizen-led referendums to nonprofit initiatives, Will has served on numerous boards and committees—including a police foundation, historical society, and other political and non-profit boards—always focused on serving others and strengthening the community.

Will and his family moved to Miami, FL in 2025.
